The Best Circus Moments

Dallin and I had a Mother Son Date you could say to the traveling circus last weekend. This was the BEST part!

A Trip to the Ranch

The boys and I took a trip to Neola to visit my parents for a few days. We had a wonderful time and the boys did extremely well traveling, especially considering that our portable DVD player is out of commission and we currently only have a.m. radio in the car. The boys loved playing outside, and that's where we spent most of our time. They loved riding on the tractor and playing with Uncle Luke. We were able to see my sister Julie and her hubby Russ, Missy's family, my Grandmother who I love so much, and my good friend Terri and her new baby Jensen. It was such a wonderful trip. Thanks to a good husband that lets us abandon him on occasion. Mom and I tried to get some fun pics of the boys but they weren't so excited to cooperate, as soon as Dallin realized that he was walking through cow 'poop' it was drama central, not to mention the swarm of gnats and getting too up close with the horses for the boys. Luckily we snapped a few cute shots of them not looking at the camera, maybe next time!

Swimming Lessons

We discovered that even though July weather is wonderful the pool is still cold in the morning hours. Sorry boys, next year we'll plan for some afternoon classes. Reed wasn't much of a fan I have to say, although he loved jumping off the side of the pool. Dallin had a fun time and still walks along the walls in our home saying he has his spider glue on and is practicing staying close to the edge. This little boy has little fear of the water and was thrilled when he got to jump off the diving board the last day.

What a Project

Boy, we have been working on getting our sprinklers up and running for the last couple months. Being pregnant and sick I have been little help and Ross has been busy with work. Originally we had wanted to plant grass in June but it looks like it will be late August for us. It was a great feeling to turn the water on and only see a few minor issues and fixes along the way. We had a good laugh too when we realized I had done too good of a job in my designing and started capping off sprinklers (I won't admit to how many), we'll certainly have good when all is said and done.

Cousins

Thanks for making the drive up to see us in Idaho Missy! We loved having Missy and the boys up for a few days. Dallin and Reed love their cousins, and had a blast playing together. We're so lucky to have a close family. Can't wait to see everyone again for the Crozier Get-together!

Happy Birthday Reed

We can hardly believe that you've turned 2. You are such a joy and make us laugh. I could almost bet that there isn't a day that goes by that we don't hear "to infinity and beyond" at least 20 times. You are really starting to talk and love playing with your brother Dallin. We love you!

Arizona Getaway

Thanks to Beth and Wayne for getting married, Ross and I were able to take off for three days and enjoy some time together without the kids. We had a great time, and loved getting up and being able to go lay by the pool and take a dip at 9 am. We decided to hit the Botanical Gardens while we were near the airport and we thoroughly enjoyed looking at all the amazing plants that grow in such an arid climate. Beth you looked beautiful and Wayne we're glad to have you as part of the family. Thanks to my sister Hailey who took our kids the whole time. PS happy 6th Anniversary Dear, I LOVE YOU ROSS!!!
