Bear Gulch, Idaho

We had a great 4th of July with Ross's parents while camping at Bear Gulch. It's located about an hour away in the South Hills. The weather was nice and hot, and we learned that camping with little boys is a little different than a weekend away with a good book and a pair of hiking shoes. We definitely agree that we'll have great memories from these adventures. Dallin was in heaven, and loved it all. We should have made a badge for him that said, "The Friendliest Camper" as he would stop whatever he was doing whenever a 4-wheeler or vehicle would drive by to wave. Reed was his normal pleasant self and he slept well both nights. Ross and I were able to get in a game of cards and some good stories at night with his parents, it was also great to have the extra hands to help with the boys. All in all we had a great time and finished our weekend celebration off with taking the boys to the drive in Saturday night.

Pool Side Fun

This pool is one of our 'steal of a deals'. We bought it at the DI last year and have had a lot of fun this summer. Here are a few pictures to enjoy; the first little boy playing with Dallin is Kolby (Kolby, Kevin, and Missy came and stayed with us for a few days - and we loved having them here), the other little boy is Brayden (Dallin's little friend).

A Little About the Boys

Well as you can see...Reed loves to sleep on his side, and his Grandma Crozier gave him this cute blanket to keep a little country in him. Ross is great with the boys and Dallin loves when he comes home for lunch most days!

We had a fun filled first week with my Mom coming to stay a week and a surprise visit from my Dad, and siblings (Hailey, Julie, and Luke). It was great to have them visit. My Mom was a huge help, I always hate saying goodbye, but so grateful to have her as my best friend. So thanks for the visits guys! Ross's parents have also been great, and his sister Julie came for a visit from Pocatello (I just didn't think to snap any pics - my bad). One more thanks to all our friends and other family members, the phone calls and thoughtfulness have been wonderful! We love you all.

Reed Randy Hyatt

Our little bundle of joy has finally joined our family. Reed was born at 1:03 p.m. on June 9th. He weighed 7 lbs 3 oz.s and was 21 inches long. What a joy he has been! Reed has hardly been fussy at all, sleeps and eats great, and he has simply brought a sweetness into our home.

BIG BABY NEWS...

Well, we haven't had the little squirt yet but he is on his way. The doctore stripped my membranes today and said that if they didn't see me before Monday to come in and they'd induce me at 7:30 a.m. Either way we'll most likely have a baby by dinner time Monday night. I am so excited, and can't wait for Dallin to be able to hold his little brother, and see what we have been telling him about for months. Ross is going to take off a few days of work, I am so glad he'll be able to spend them with us. When Dallin was born he had to leave for an Audit the day after we got home from the hospital (luckily my mom was here). Anyway, in the meantime here are some random pics of the last couple weeks...
